10% of monthly rent- Enhanced management services

All services plus:

Recurring Pool/Hot Tub Maintenance Coordination & payments
Recurring Landscaping Maintenance Coordination & payments
Recurring Pest Control Coordination
Bill Pay (as needed for properties that include utilities)

12% of monthly rent- Premier management services

All services plus:

Quarterly Maintenance Inspections
Seasonal Weatherproofing

Additional add on services:

Owner Setup Fees:

This is a one-time fee per address based on square footage of each unit:

Up to 1,500 sqft → $150.00
1,500 sqft – 3,500 sqft → $250.00
3,000 sqft and higher → $350.00

includes:

Tenant screening / collect deposit money
Owner information packet
Platform setup
Renters Insurance Proof obtained from tenant
Pre-Move in Inspection (1st maintenance inspection)
